The current version of the SIF Association Trademark License Agreement
(TMLA) is the November 2009 version. If you have not yet entered into
the TMLA with the SIF Association, you should use the current version.
However, if you have previously downloaded and performed legal review
on the October 2009 version, you may instead use that prior version.
Note that the October 2009 and subsequent versions introduce a new SIF Certification
Logo to be used with all future certifications. Additionally, all
existing licensees should transition to using the new certification
logo. Use of the prior variant of the logo is permitted with
previously certified products but licensees should adopt the new
variant of the logo as soon as is feasible.
